Cancellation Policy

Hedayaa’s clients have the right to cancel their order before the project execution begins. The project starts after the invoice and the well plaque template are sent by Hedayaa’s follow-up department. Clients can cancel their order within three days from the date of receiving the invoice and the plaque template.

If the order is canceled within this period, the full amount paid will be refunded to the client within a maximum of 15 business days. Please note that after the three-day period from receiving the invoice and template, the paid amount cannot be refunded.
