1. Introduction

Hedayaa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Users may choose to make purchases as guests without creating an account. If you choose to purchase as a guest, you are still required to provide accurate and complete information for order processing and delivery.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the Content without our express written permission.
  2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and use the Website and its Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

5. Purchases, Cancellations, and Refunds

  1. When you make a purchase on the Website, you agree to the following cancellation and refund policy: ​
    1. Hedayaa’s clients have the right to cancel their order before the project execution begins. The project starts after the invoice and the well plaque template are sent by Hedayaa’s follow-up department.
    2. Clients may cancel their order within three days from the date of receiving the invoice and plaque template.
    3. If the order is canceled within this period, the full amount paid will be refunded to the client within a maximum of 15 business days.
    4. After the three-day period, no refunds will be issued..

6. Privacy Policy

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Project Execution Terms and Quality Assurance

  • The client will receive a photographic report documenting all stages of construction upon project completion.
  • Hedayaa reserves the right to change the project location to the area in greatest need, which may result in an extended execution period.
  • All our projects include a 5-year warranty, along with free maintenance every 6 months.
  • Project execution duration ranges from 40 to 60 days from the date of payment.
